Following a private equity acquisition, three separate property and facilities management businesses were merging into one new organisation.
With scale, capability and ambition already in place, they needed a compelling brand and a creative way to articulate what they did – and to stand out in a traditionally dull sector.

Our insight was that Regency makes the buildings they manage run like clockwork – multiple moving parts working together in perfect synchrony.
This became the foundation for a brand that visually and verbally expressed rhythm, movement and coordination.
The Execution
Real Estate in Rhythm now sits at the heart of the Regency brand.
We developed a distinctive visual language using shapes and animation to evoke the feeling of seamless operation, alongside a new website that clearly showcased the three parts of the business and set Regency apart from competitors.
